Really happy with the service provided. The washing machine was delivered to the second floor (no elevator). It also didn't fit through the door and the guys removed the door (and put it back on) to fit the washing machine through. Very quick and efficient!

My order was sorted out and arrived in two days - which is really quick! All the emails and messages from the company were really friendly and helpful. And when the washing machine arrived, the two installers were very friendly, fun and chatty, and they managed to install it really quickly, and then explained everything really clearly. They even did extra and fixed the pipes to install it (as there was something missing on my end). Really efficient, quick and friendly service - I’d definitely highly recommend them!

Service and communication are excellent, cancellation took us a minute and the install dates were extremely flexbile. No hidden costs either. However, you do pay quite a bit for a very budget device - more than buying the same used machine for a year. Recommend for short rental but for longer duration, it's not super economic - just more convenient

He suggested a compact size washing machine that fits perfectly fit in my house. Despite the challenging layout of my house, they managed to install the washing machine. I’m totally satisfied with their service!
