After making an order at 9.30PM for a washing machine, I received an email at 8AM the next day telling me that the delivery could be done that morning. Very fast! I met with the team who plugged in a brand new machine, provided advices for an efficient use of my product and clarified how to reach out to them if support needed. We had a malfunction of the washer and they send a technician to fix it 2 days after. They were very reactive and arranging when we wanted to end the contract and return the product. Perfect service and quality of the products!

Since my first interaction with WasGoed, I've only had a good impression. The staff have been super friendly and informative, and their pricing structure is extremely transparent, with no price per wash/complex modular components. One price per month with good service machines. I've been using their machines for 2 years now, and they have worked flawlessly. Recently had an issue with installing the pipe in a new house, and they came over within the week and fixed it within 5 minutes. Very happy with this company and their service. :)

Quick and easy to sign up, they called me 15 minutes before delivering the machine so that I could let them in, this was very helpful as we had not yet moved into the place at the time and I didn't want to wait around in an empty house. The man who installed the machine was very friendly and it was installed within 5 minutes, a truly excellent service at an unbeatable price!

Everything worked great and went fast. I live in the third floor, therefore it is very exhausting to walk upstairs and in addition to that also very tight, but the guys from wasgoed did it without any complaints and after 10 minutes everything was done.
