Art 1.

The rented devices are connected free of charge.  Also, no deposit or administration costs will be charged. The rent is automatically collected afterwards at the end of the month. We  also dispose of old white goods appliances free of charge.

Art 2.

The maximum number of users per rented property is 8 people. For rental requests for groups larger than 8 people, a surcharge to be determined may be charged. Before signing the agreement, WASGOED.COM will inform the tenant of this. WASGOED.COM reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if an unlawful number of users is detected. The extra costs incurred for this can also be passed on to the tenant.

Art 3.

With a new contract, upon delivery of the rented property, an amount is calculated according to the number of remaining days of the month. This amount will be collected at the same time as the rent of the following month.

Art 4.

For payment of the rented equipment to the lessor, the tenant authorizes WASGOED.COM to debit the rent due monthly from the tenant's bank account whereby both parties are bound by the conditions that the bank sets for direct debit. Changes to this bank account number must be reported by the tenant immediately WASGOED.COM via:  www.wasgoed.com/wijzigingen-rekeningnummer

Art 5.

WASGOED.COM is obliged to keep the rented equipment in good condition and to carry out all repairs necessary to ensure proper functioning. If the rented equipment does not function properly, WASGOED.COM will make himself available for repair within a few working days from Monday to Friday during office hours (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays) in consultation with the tenant.    

Art 6.

WASGOED.COM will bear costs arising from repair work unless it is a result of negligence or misuse of rented equipment. Repair work as a result of incorrect use of the rented property can be charged afterwards

Art 7.

The delivered equipment is of normal commercial quality where the choice of brand and type is up to the lessor..

Art 8.

The tenant is obliged to offer a proper connection to which the rented property can be connected

Art 9.

The tenant is not permitted to have repairs and / or changes carried out himself (or by others) or to move the equipment (or have it moved) to another address, other than by persons authorized WASGOED.COM.

Art 10.

The lessee is not permitted to commercially exploit the rented equipment.

Art 11.

In the event of termination of the rental agreement and / or relocation, the tenant is obliged WASGOED.COM
at least 1 month in advance. Termination of the lease starts when the rented property is back in the possession of the landlord. You can terminate a contract via: www.wasgoed.com/beeindigen-huurcontract

Art 12.

 WASGOED.COM holds the lessee liable for all damage resulting from the loss or damage of the rented equipment in any way or for any reason whatsoever.

Art 13.

Upon termination of the rental agreement, the tenant must offer the equipment in the state in which it was received, with the exception of normal wear and tear.

Art 14.

WASGOED.COM COM is not liable for any damage or loss as a result of malfunction, water leakage, fire, electric shock or any cause whatsoever, which is the result of the non-functioning or improper functioning of the rented equipment, unless the lessee can prove that said damage is attributable to WASGOED.COM. Said damage can never exceed the current value of the device in rental.

Art 15.

The tenant is obliged to insure himself at his own expense against fire, water damage and theft.

Art 16.

WASGOED.COM may change the agreed rental price prematurely with due observance of 2 months notice period. If the tenant does not agree with the change, he can terminate the lease.

Art 17.

If the landlord wants to carry out repairs, adjustments or checks on the rented property, the tenant is obliged to allow the landlord to carry out the relevant actions.

Art 18.

Should the lessee fail to fulfil his obligations under the rental agreement may WASGOED.COM increase the monthly rent to settle the arrears. If it turns out that the tenant wrongly reverses the collected rent, WASGOED.COM may increase the rent by 2 euros per month to settle the costsincurred. If the tenant still fails to pay, the landlord has the right to dissolve the lease and take back the equipment immediately, without judicial intervention.

If the tenant, after the expiry of the minimum rental period of 1 year (if otherwise agreed) does not indicate that he wants to terminate the lease, the rental period will automatically be extended by 1 month.

Art 21.

If in certain cases there are no provisions in the rental conditions, then the legal provisions regarding rent and rental apply.

Art 22.

The moment you default on your payment obligation, we provide your details to DRA Debt Recovery Agency B.V. (EDR Incasso). EDR direct debit  processes your data for the purpose of its debt collection services. Your payment behavior may be shared with and recorded by Economic Data Resources B.V. (EDR Information). A payment arrears may therefore have consequences for entering into other agreements with (financial) obligations. Art 23.

If the payment obligation is not met, WASGOED.COM is entitled to charge the rented equipment to the lessee at market value.
