From the first delivery to the pick up, we were provided with quick, easy, and absolutely exceptional service. The delivery and pick-up guys were the most friendly I have ever met. I never had a single problem with the wash machine, nor had I any doubt this was the correct service for us the year and a half we rented this wash machine. I'm almost sad to part with it!

Snelle levering en een fijne service!

We have an extremely narrow staircase in our flat that caused a lot of trouble bringing the old washing machine down. It was heavy, big and the staircase is narrow and steep. The guys managed to get it down in a 30 degree heatwave in the end and we so so so appreciate it! Thank you!

Zojuist een storing gehad met mijn wasmachine. Direct Wasgoed.com gebeld en binnen 15 minuten stonden er twee monteurs voor de deur om hem te repareren. Top service!

Zeker aan te raden. De wasmachine werd helemaal naar boven gebracht en geïnstalleerd! Was binnen een kwartiertje geregeld. Heel vriendelijk personeel en de wasmachine ziet er ook top uit.
